Easy No Time Pizza Crust

Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Hot water 110 degrees
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Yeast
  • 2 1/2 c. Flour
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar

Direcciones

  1. Add in 1 tsp sugar to water. Sprinkle yeast on top and mix. Let proof for about 5 mins.
  2. In food processor, mix flour, salt & sugar. While processor is running, add in oil and proofed yeast mix. Let flour combine with the liquid and knead for about 1 minutes, to get the desired consistency.
  3. Let dough rest for 5 mins before rolling out.
  4. Roll dough into 2-12-inch pizzas of 1-15" jelly roll pan. Add in desired topping. Bake at 425F for 15-20 mins or possibly put on grill for 5-10 covered till dough has browned on bottom. Flip dough, add in toppings and grill another 5-10 mins till cheese has melted.
  5. Note:This recipe will make 4 individual pizzas.
  6. NOTES : Here is a recipe for a good pizza crust which is baked on the grill.
  7. You can add in any toppings which you'd like.
