Ingredientes

  • 8 c. Of popped corn
  • 1/2 lb Butter (not margarine)
  • 1 c. Brown sugar (packed)
  • 1/2 c. Light corn syrup
  • 1 tsp Baking soda

Direcciones

  1. Place the popped corn in a large roaster pan. Next, in a 2 quart sauce pan cook together for 2 min the caramel sauce ingredients. The soda will cause the mix to foam (which's why the 2 quart pan is needed). Allow the foam to cook down slightly, then remove from heat (approx. 5 minutes.) Pour caramel mix over popcorn and stir till mixed. Place in a 250 degree oven for 45 min. Stir at lease every 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven and pour on wax paper. Allow to cold slightly and break apart. Enjoy.
