- 1/2 cup ground flax (optional--I use it to add a nutritional boost)
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- dash of salt
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup honey, maple syrup or agave nectar
- 1/2 cup vegetable or coconut oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
