Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Bisquick original baking mix
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. HEAT griddle or possibly skillet; grease if necessary. Beat all ingredients with wire whisk or possibly hand beater till well blended.
  2. POUR batter by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto warm griddle.
  3. COOK till edges are dry. Turn; cook till golden. About 13 pancakes.
  4. Bran Pancakes: Increase lowfat milk to 1-1/3 c.. Mix in 1/2 c. bran cereal shreds. About 16 pancakes.
  5. Sweet Cornmeal Pancakes: Increase lowfat milk to 1-1/3 c.. Beat in 1/2 c. yellow cornmeal and 2 Tbsp. sugar. About 16 pancakes.
  6. Whole Wheat Pancakes: Increase lowfat milk to 1-1/3 c.. Beat in 1/2 c. Gold Medal whole wheat flour. About 15 pancakes.
  7. No-Cholesterol Easy Pancakes: Substitute 3 egg whites or possibly 1/2 c. cholesterol-free egg product for the Large eggs. Use skim lowfat milk.
