They are so delicious and take hardly any time at all so when you need a treat in a hurry for last minute guests or any occasion.  So far you guys have loved the Caramel Apple Cobbler, Lemon Blueberry Dump Dessert and Easy Pumpkin Dump Dessert. Today we are enjoying a new dump dessert on the street, Easy Peach Cobbler! Have you guys seen all the back to school stuff coming out? How can that be? I swear summer just started, right? I’m going to stick my head in the dirt and pretend that’s the case at least ok? Glad we got that straight. It seems like we are enjoying summer, blissfully ignorant of fall coming, then July 15th comes and it’s like oh my that’s right around the corner and the stores are slamming in your face, making you stress slightly. Miss K is off to pre-school this fall and this is my first go-around with the whole school situation. I’m a bit anxious, she’s blissfully ignorant and super excited. This, I am thankful for! She’s excited about getting a backpack and riding the bus of course. I’m going to cry. That’s what Mom’s do right? Well, that’s what this Mom will be doing! She’s getting to be such a big girl. The other night I was laying on the couch with a headache, I suffer from migraines occasionally. Miss K came over and asked me if my head was better, I regretfully informed her it wasn’t. She asked if she could give me a hug and kiss, then went on to quiz me about my symptoms. Mom, does your throat hurt? Like, you know, right here? As she pointed to her throat. You know Mom, like when you swallow? Where did this girl learn all this compassion from? It kills me! I gladly took the hug and kiss and soaked it up. To soon I won’t be cool and they won’t care if I’m around to hang out with! I know this is going to be truth. I’ll be sticking my head in the sand about this too! I know I did the same thing as I grew up. Mom didn’t know anything! I’m so glad I came back around. Now, my Mom knows ALL THE THINGS! Seriously. The woman is epic. She has super powers. I hope my girls realize the same thing about me some day! Cause, maybe I’ll have, like, 1/10 of the super powers my Mom does! Before school is back in swing great things happen, like peach season!
