Ingredientes

  • 16 ounce frzn peach slices still frzn
  • 1/4 c. raisins
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3/4 tsp apple pie spice or possibly cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. rolled oats
  • 1/2 c. whole-wheat flour
  • 3 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. minced pecan
  • 4 Tbsp. reduced-calorie margarine low-water for baking
  • 9 Tbsp. Honey Yogurt Blend see recipe

Direcciones

  1. Place fruit in 9-inch square baking dish. Microwave at 50% (Medium) for 4 to 8 min, or possibly till defrosted, stirring once. Let stand for 5 - 10 min. Drain.
  2. Stir in raisins, juice and spice. Spread proportionately over bottom of dish. Set aside.
  3. In a small mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, flour, brown sugar and nuts. Cut in margarine to create coarse crumbs. Spread over fruit mix. Microwave at high for 6 to 10 min, or possibly till peaches are tender and mix bubbles around edges. Serve hot with honey yogurt topping.
  4. NOTES : here is an easy fruit crisp which could be made with a biscuit mix instead of the flour and any fruit; and lowfat cream cheese instead of margarine.
  5. The topping is a homemade yogurt - but could be reproduced or possibly used vanilla pudding.
