This is an easy recipe I like to make, and it also taste good!! This is one of the recipes that you make and everyone thinks you worked a long time on.... :)

Ingredientes

  • 2 cups chopped pecans
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 cup light cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup dark corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk baking mix (bisquick)

Direcciones

  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. grease a 9 inch pie plateand sprinkle pecans in the plate
  3. in medium bowl, use a wire whisk to beat remaining ingredients til smooth
  4. pour into plate over pecans
  5. bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center come out clean
  6. cool before serving
