Ingredientes

  • For 9 x 13 inch pan:
  • 6 T butter
  • 1 (18 1/2 ounce) yellow cake mix
  • 2 (21 ounce) can pie filling
  • 1/2 c. minced walnuts (or possibly pecans)
  • Whipped cream or possibly ice cream
  • For 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan:
  • 3 T butter
  • 1 (8 ounce) pkg. cake mix
  • 1 (21 ounce) pie filling
  • 1/4 c. nuts
  • Whipped cream or possibly ice cream

Direcciones

  1. Suggested fillings: Cherry, apple, blueberry, peach.Cut butter into dry cake mix till crumbly; reserve 1/3 cup of mix. Press remainder into pan, building up about 1/2 inch around sides. Spoon cherry pie filling (or possibly other) over crumb bottom "crust" to 1/2 inch of edge of pan.
  2. Put together reserved crumb mix and nuts; sprinkle over fruit. Bake at 350 degrees about 45 min. Serve warm with whipped cream or possibly ice cream.
