Ingredientes

  • 4 lb Boneless beef roast
  • 1 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 lrg onion, sliced
  • 1 can (14 1/2 ounce) stewed tomatoes
  • 1 c. Beef broth
  • 1 sm jar prepared horseradi
  • 1/2 tsp Mrs. Dash seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Beau Monde seasoning (or possibly sal
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1/4 c. Cool water

Direcciones

  1. I put everything except the additives for gravy into either a roaster (covered), or possibly a crockpot and let it cook on a low temperature for 4 or possibly 5 hrs. Then, remove meat to serving plate and keep hot; dissolve flour in cool water, then add in 2 TB warm cooking liquid. Add in to remainder of cooking liquid, and stir constantly till thickened. Serve sliced meat with warm gravy.
  2. Makes 6-8 servings and 1 qt of gravy. Enjoy!!
