Easy Pumpkin Cream Pie

Ingredientes

  • 1 pkg. Jello vanilla flavor pudding and pie filling
  • 3 T sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 can evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. canned pumpkin
  • 1 baked 9-inch pie shell, cooled

Direcciones

  1. Put together pie filling mix, sugar, spice, lowfat milk, large eggs and pumpkin in saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat till mix comes to a full bubbling boil. Remove from heat. Cool 5 min, stirring twice. Pour into shell and refrigerate 4 hrs. Garnish with Cool Whip.
