- Bring the cream to the boil. Place the chocolate in a heat proof bowl and pour over the hot cream. Let it sit for 1-2 minutes. Stir until the chocolate has melted.
- If you have large biscuits cut them in half to get about 3 cm x 4 cm pieces. Place them on a baking paper and cover one side with melted chocolate (use a knife). Put them in the fridge until set.
- TIP:
- Try to find biscuits covered in chocolate and you can skip the step above!
- Meanwhile:
- Remove the filling from Oreo cookies and set it aside for later. Crush the Oreo biscuits until you get small crumbs (use food processor, if you have one). Set aside for later.
- Now make the pudding (use any flavour you or your guests like). Once still hot, add the Oreo filling in and mix well until it has dissolved. Mix in about a table spoon of Oreo crumbs to get dark – soil like effect. Let it cool down a bit and pour into small glasses or plastic cups leaving space for the Oreo crumbs. Top with Oreo crumbs.
- Once the chocolate has set, write R.I.P. on the chocolate using white icing (either shop bought or homemade).
- For the royal icing:
- Sift the icing sugar in a bowl and add the egg white. Mix using electric mixer or hand until well blended. If the mixture is too thick, add a bit of lemon juice and mix again. If it is too runny, add more icing sugar.
- TIP:
- You will end up with some leftover Royal icing – you can use this to make cobweb effect on some of your chocolate covered biscuits!
- At last, stick the R.I.P. biscuit grave stones in and you are ready to serve!
