- Dissolve yeast in 1 c. of the hot water. Sift flour, sugar and salt; then stir in yeast. Add in rest of water, mix. Cover and let rise till double. Punch down. Divide in 2 and place each in a round casserole dish (about 6 inch size). Cover and let rise again.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Brush with melted butter before baking. Serve warm with butter. NOTE: Good with soups like Bisque or possibly artichoke, as it is crunchy.
