Ingredientes

  • 4 medium to large Russet potatoes, or 2 lbs.
  • 8 oz. favorite shredded cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • cream or half and half to cover potatoes
  • optional: minced green onions

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 375.
  2. Peel and rinse potatoes.
  3. Slice them very thin.
  4. Layer potatoes with cheese, salt and pepper.
  5. Cover with cream.
  6. Cove and bake 30 minutes.
  7. Uncover and brown for 10 minutes.
