%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWe%20love%20smoked%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Epork%20chops.%20In%20my%20family%20we%20made%20them%20with%20eggs%20for%20breakfast%20in%20the%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Emorning.%20They%20can%20be%20a%20bit%20pricey%20in%20the%20stores%20tho.%20I%20love%20smoked%20meats%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eand%20pork%20is%20one%20of%20the%20better%20things%20to%20smoke%20but%20I%20don't%20have%20a%20smoker%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ehere.%20And%20so%20the%20other%20day%20while%20online,%20I%20noticed%20a%20friend%20mention%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Emaking%20pork%20chops%20with%20a%20smoked%20paprika%20rub.%20I%20had%20an%20aha!!!%20moment%20then%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ebecause%20I%20bought%20some%20and%20never%20used%20it.%20I%20always%20planned%20on%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eexperimenting%20with%20it%20and%20never%20got%20around%20to%20it.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20so%20I%20asked%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Emy%20online%20friend%20if%20she%20would%20share%20the%20recipe%20and%20she%20did.%20And%20in%20the%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eprocess%20I%20told%20her%20I%20often%20use%20brown%20sugar%20for%20my%20rubs,%20I%20find%20the%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eflavor%20more%20mellow.%20She%20liked%20that.%20I%20like%20that%20we%20can%20share%20ideas%20like%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ethis%20online.%20(Thank%20you%20Clarice!)%20%20%20Storybook%20Woods%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESo%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20took%20her%20recipe%20and%20cut%20it%20down%20to%20about%201/3%20because%20I%20wasn't%20sure%20if%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eherb.....thyme.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20rubbed%20the%20pork%20chops%20(there%20is%20only%20two%20cuz%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ethere's%20just%20two%20of%20us)%20and%20let%20them%20sit%20till%20my%20other%20half%20got%20home.%20He%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Egrilled%20them%20while%20I%20made%20the%20rest%20of%20dinner.%20And%20I%20must%20say%20this%20is%20a%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Erub%20Ill%20use%20often!!%20He%20loved%20the%20chop%20so%20much%20he%20picked%20it%20up%20in%20his%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Efingers%20to%20get%20to%20the%20meat%20on%20the%20bone%20before%20he%20was%20done%20with%20it.%20He%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Enever%20does%20that.%20He%20also%20said%20it%20was%20so%20good%20I%20should%20make%20it%20again.%20And%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eso%20I%20will.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMix%20together%20in%20a%20small%20bowl.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20store%20mine%20in%20small%20jars%20in%20my%20cabinet.%20Rub%20generously%20onto%20the%20meat%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eyou%20will%20be%20cooking%20and%20let%20sit%20awhile%20so%20it%20can%20season%20the%20meat.%20We%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Egrilled%20these,%20but%20the%20weather%20was%20getting%20wild%20and%20windy%20and%20I%20did%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Econsider%20baking%20them%20if%20we%20couldn't%20grill.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
