Easy Smothered Steak

Ingredientes

3 lb round steak
2 c. burgundy wine

1 pkt dry onion soup mix

Direcciones

Put round steak in a Dutch oven, sprinkle with soup mix and pour wine over top. Cover with a lid and bake at 300F for 3-4 hrs. You may double the sauce for a gravy.
