Ingredientes

Instant mashed potatoes
1 pkg. dry lowfat sour cream mix

2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Direcciones

Mix mashed potatoes according to package for 6-8 servings and add in dry lowfat sour cream mix. Spread cheese on top. Put in oven or possibly microwave till cheese melts. Serve.
