Easy Spicy Meatloaf

This Italian style meatloaf was nonchalantly told to me by a good Italian friend from Reggio Calabria. He is an easy-breezy guy just like his recipes.

Ingredientes

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lg. can stewed tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 6 oz. Italian sausage, hot
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper

Direcciones

  1. In large bowl combine all ingredients, mix well.
  2. Place in loaf pan;
  3. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
  4. Slice and Serve
