Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 tsp Yeast
  • 3 c. Bread flour
  • 1/2 c. Dry lowfat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 whl egg
  • 1 c. Hot water
  • 2 c. Flour
  • 1/2 c. Dry lowfat milk
  • 1 pkt Fleishman's dry yeast
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 whl egg
  • 1 c. Water

Direcciones

  1. ABM Method: Add in ingredients in order given.
  2. Traditional Method: Put all together and beat thoroughly. Let rise fully
  3. (over warm water to speed rising).
  4. Stir down: Put sponge at once into loaf pan. Let rise to fill pan 7/8's.
  5. Put into 400 degree oven 10 min, then 375 degree for 30 min.
