Ingredientes

  • 4 x beef cube steaks (approximately 4 ounces each)
  • 1 x egg
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1/2 c. seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. minced tomato
  • 3 Tbsp. minced parsley

  3. Season beef steaks on both sides with the salt and pepper.
  4. In a shallow dish, beat egg and water till blended. In a second shallow dish combine bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese. Dip each steak into egg mix then into coating mix to coat both sides.
  5. In a 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat 1 Tbsp. oil over medium to medium-high heat till warm. Add in two of the steaks and cook 5-6 min, turning once. Remove to a platter and keep hot. Repeat with the remaining two steaks.
  6. Sprinkle with minced tomato and parsley.
