Receta Easy Strawberry Ice Cream

Ingredientes

3 egg yolks 2 c. fresh strawberries, mashed or possibly pureed (1 c.) 1 can Eagle brand lowfat milk

1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla Red food coloring; optional 1 pt. whipping cream, whipped (don't use non-dairy whipped topping)

Direcciones

1. In large mixer bowl, combine all ingredients except whipped cream; beat well. Mix in whipped cream. Pour into 9 x 5 inch loaf pan or possibly other 2 qt pan. Cover. Freeze 6 hrs or possibly till hard. Makes about 1 1/2 qts.
