  • 1 pkg Turkey Meatballs (HT has their brand as do Shadybrook Farms in the fresh meat counter)
  • 2 pkgs of mushroom gravy (McCormick)
  • 2 c water
  • 1 sm can mushrooms
  • 1/2 to 1c beef broth (I used Chix because it was all I had, worked fine)
  • 4oz low-fat sour cream
  • 8 oz egg noodles, cooked & drained
