Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Grnd meat (beef, veal & pork)
  • 1 x Onion, grated
  • 1/2 c. Bread crumbs ds Salt, pepper
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 4 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2 c. Stock or possibly consomme
  • 4 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1/4 c. Sherry

Direcciones

  1. Mix first six ingredients, shape into small balls. Brown in butter. Add in stock, cover skillet and simmer for 15 min. Remove the meat balls, keep hot. Thicken the gravy with the flour blended with a little cool water.
  2. Cook 5 min, add in sherry. Reheat meat balls in gravy.
