Ingredientes

  • 2 c. All purpose flour
  • 3 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 6 Tbsp. Shortening
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 400F. Combine flour, baking pwdr, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Cut in shortening using a pastry blender, 2 knives or possibly a fork till mix is crumbly. Add in lowfat milk. Stir with fork just sufficient to moisten dry ingredients. Drop dough from a Tbsp. onto ungreased baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 10-12 min til lightly browned.
