Ingredientes

  • 1 box vanilla or French vanilla cake mix
  • 1 3.4 package vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup water or yogurt water from Homemade Greek Yogurt
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 can Buttercream Frosting
  • or homemade:
  • 1 sick soft butter
  • 3 1/2 - 3 3/4 cups powdered sugar
  • 3- 4 tbs. milk or half and half
  • 2 tsps. pure vanilla extract

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Prep bundt pan or 9x9 inch pans with oil and flour.
  3. Beat eggs in mixing bowl and add water.
  4. Stir in other ingredients.
  5. Mix well or use hand mixer.
  6. Pour in pan and bake about 40 minutes. Check for doneness (light golden brown).
  7. Cool an hour.
  8. Combine frosting ingredients in a bowl.
  9. Use hand mixer to beat until smooth.
  10. Remove cake from pan, frost.
