Ingredientes

  • 1 pound stew meat
  • 1 (16 ounce.) bag frzn mixed vegetables
  • 4 stalks celery
  • 3 potatoes
  • 2 cans tomatoes or possibly 4 c. tomato juice
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 onion or possibly 1 tbsp. dehydrated

Direcciones

  1. In heavy kettle or possibly Dutch oven brown meat using a small amount of fat. Add in tomatoes, onion and simmer 1 5minutes. Peel and cut up potato; add in. Slice celery; add in. Bring to boil. Cook about 15 min, then beat Large eggs. Add in salt, then flour; mix well. With fingers break off small pcs and add in to soup. When all have been added, cook about 10-15 min.
