Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Frzn vegetables, (or possibly fresh) cooked
  • 3 x Large eggs, or possibly 6 whites
  • 3 Tbsp. Onion soup mix
  • 3 Tbsp. Mayonnaise, or possibly low-fat mayo Wheat germ

Direcciones

  1. Chop the veggies. Combine with rest, except wheat germ. Sprinkle a greased 9"x13" pan, and sprinkle with wheat germ. Spoon veggie misture over.
  2. Sprinkle top with wheat germ. Bake 35-40 minutes. at 375F.
  3. NOTES : Use cauliflower, broccoli, mixed veggies, or possibly any combination.
