- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat butter in a 2 1/2 qt baking dish in oven. Put together flour, brown sugar and baking pwdr. Stir in lowfat milk till blended. Spoon batter over the melted butter in baking dish. Don't stir. Put together fruit and 1/2 cup sugar. Spoon over batter - don't stir. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 min. Serves: 6.
