Ingredientes

  • 1 1/3 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Grnd allspice
  • 1/2 tsp Freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd cloves
  • 1/2 c. Dark molasses
  • 3/4 c. Packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. Vegetable oil, preferably canola
  • 1/4 c. Apple butter
  • 2 lrg Large eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. Raisins

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly oil a 9 by 13-inch baking dish or possibly coat it with nonstick cooking spray; set aside. In a small bowl, whisk together flour, baking pwdr, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg and cloves. In a large bowl, beat together molasses, brown sugar, oil, apple butter and Large eggs with an electric mixer till smooth. Add in the dry ingredients and beat on low speed just till combined. Stir in raisins.
  2. Transfer the batter to the prepared baking dish; smooth the top. ake for 20 to 25 min, or possibly till the batter feels "set" when lightly pressed in the center. Let cold in the baking dish on a rack. Cut into 20 bars.
  3. Store at room temperature in an airtight container.
