Receta Eclair cake
This recipe was giving to me by a friend, I ate this at a party we threw at work and its oh my goodness good :)

- mix 2 pks of pudding with 2 cups of milk until it thickens up.
- mix 16 oz container of whip cream with vanilla pudding with a wisk until mixed well
- place one layer of graham crackers in pan then half of vanilla mixture then another layer of crackers with the rest of the mixture.
- top it off with a layer of crackers
- put icing in microwave for 45 seconds take it out and stir it to make sure there are no lumps
- poor it over the graham crackers and smooth it out
- after it cools put it in fridge for about 12 hours for crackers to soften
- keep in fridge until ready to serve
