Ingredientes

  • 6 ounce semisweet chocolate
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 x egg, lightly, beaten
  • 1/2 c. cooked beet, pureed
  • 3/4 c. sugar c. all purpose flour Raspberry Margarita Sauce
  • 2 c. frzn raspberries
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 3/4 c. ready-to-drink margarita

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Heat the chocolate in a small heavy-bottomed saucepan. Remove from heat and add in butter. Beat till smooth and add in vanilla, cinnamon, Large eggs and beets. Mix thoroughly.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine sugar and flour. Add in this to the chocolate mix and blend thoroughly.
  4. Pour the batter into a buttered and floured pan and bake till just cooked, about 30 min. Allow to cold completely in the pan and cut into squares.
  5. Dip brownies in sauce and let the fun begin!
  6. Raspberry Margarita Sauce:For the dipping sauce, combine frzn raspberries, sugar and ready-to-drink margarita in blender.
