Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 x onion chopped
  • 1 x baking potato cooked, mashed
  • 1 1/4 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 1 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 x egg
  • 1/2 c. tomato juice
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • 2 1/2 lb grnd beef

Direcciones

  1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine the parsley, onion, potato, garlic pwdr, pepper, salt, egg, tomato juice and tomato paste. Mix well. Add in the beef and mix well again.
  2. Pack the mix into a 9- by 5-inch loaf pan. Bake the loaf till a meat thermometer inserted in the middle registers 160 degrees, about 1 1/2 hrs.
  3. Drain the grease from the pan and cold the meatloaf in the pan 15 to 20 min before removing.
  4. This recipe yields 8 servings.
