Ingredientes

  • 1/2 lb Bacon, with fat
  • 2 lb Spanish onions, minced fine
  • 5 Tbsp. New Mexican red chile pwdr
  • 2 Tbsp. Cayenne pwdr
  • 4 x Jalapenos, stems and seeds
  • 1/2 c. New Mexican green chiles
  • 1 x Red New Mexican chile pod
  • 1 lb Italian warm sausage
  • 1 dsh Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tsp Hungarian warm paprika
  • 3 lb Plum tomatoes, crushed
  • 1 Tbsp. Mexican oregano
  • 10 ounce Tablespoons-bone steak, minced fine
  • 5 lb Grnd chuck
  • 1 1/2 c. Water
  • 12 ounce Lone Star beer
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 c. Bell pepper, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Garlic, in oil, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar, raw
  • 5 Tbsp. Cumin, grnd
  • 1 lb Armadillo meat, fresh

Direcciones

  1. Fry the bacon in a large soup pot, add in the onions, sauteing till soft.
  2. Add in the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hrs.
