Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Grnd chuck
  • 1 stk oleo or possibly margarine
  • 1/2 c. Flour
  • 2 x Carrots, diced
  • 1 med To large onion, diced
  • 2 x Celery stalks, diced
  • 2 med Potatoes, diced
  • 1 pkt Frzn mixed vegetables
  • 1 can Tomatoes (15-20 ounce.)
  • 4 x Beef bouillon cubes Salt, pepper and garlic salt or possibly garlic to taste

Direcciones

  1. In dutch oven size pan heat margarine. Add in flour and stir till smooth. Add in 2 c. water, stir till smooth. Add in 3 c. more water, carrots, celery,potatoes, mixed vegetables, tomatoes, bouillon cubes, salt, pepper and garlic. In separate pan brown meat and cook onion. Drain. Add in to dutch oven. Simmer 1 1/2 hrs. Freezes well.
