Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt Frzn minced spinach, (10 ounce)
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Dry chopped onion
  • 6 x Hard boiled Large eggs - sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Dry mustard
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
  • 1/2 c. Seasoned bread crumbs

Direcciones

  1. Pierce carton of spinach. Place in microwave oven. Microwave at high (100%)
  2. 7 min. Carefully open carton and drain. Stir in salt, pepper and chopped onion. Place spinach in a 1 1/2 qt casserole. Place sliced Large eggs over spinach. Set aside. Place butter in a small bowl. Microwave at high (100%)
  3. till melted, 30 to 45 seconds. Stir in flour, salt, pepper and dry mustard. Blend in lowfat milk and Worcestershire sauce. Microwave at medium high
  4. (70%) till thickened, 4 to 5 min, stirring twice during cooking time.
  5. Stir in cheese. Pour sauce over Large eggs and spinach. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Cover with wax paper. Microwave at medium high (70%) till heated through, 4 to 5 min.
  6. Makes 6 servings.
