Ingredientes

  • 1 sweet potato
  • 2 small eggs

  1. Put sweet potato in the microwave for ten minutes
  2. While the potato is cooking prepare eggs in any way that leaves the yolk runny
  3. When the potato is done cut it in two and place an egg on each half
  4. Serve with a sprinkle of salt
