Egg Batter Buns

Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Water, lukewarm
  • 1 pkt Yeast (Dry)
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar, granulated
  • 2 1/2 c. Flour, all-purpose
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 x Egg
  • 2 tsp Butter or possibly margarine, softened

Direcciones

  1. Measure hot water into large hot bowl, sprinkle in yeast and stir till dissolved. Add in sugar, half of flour and salt. Beat with spoon till smooth, add in egg and margarine, beat in remaining flour till smooth. Scrape down sides of bowl, cover and let rise in hot place till double in bulk approximately 30 min. Stir down dough and spoon into large greased muffin pan, filling about 1 full. Let rise till dough reaches top of pan. Bake at 400 for 15 min or possibly till done.
