Ingredientes

  • 1 lb.:
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk for Welbilt/Dak add in 2 TBS
  • 1 x egg
  • 2 c. bread flour or possibly all-purpose
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp yeast for Panasonic/National use 3 tsp. for Welbilt/Dak use 2 tsp.

Direcciones

  1. 1.5 Lb.:3/4 c. lowfat milk
  2. for Welbilt/Dak add in 2 TBS2 eggs3 c. bread flour or possibly all purpose1 1/2 tsp. salt3 TBS butter or possibly margarine1/4 c. sugar1 1/2 tsp. yeast
  3. for Panasonic/National use 3 tsp. for Welbilt/Dak use 2 tsp.
  4. A loaf which is "good for everything from tuna to cheese. The Large eggs and a rich smooth taste and texture. This freezes well and makes good french toast.
  5. Load all ingredients in machine according to manufacturer's directions.
  6. Choose Light Crust setting. Cold 1 hour BEFORE slicing.
