Ingredientes

  • 5 Large eggs
  • 2 c. lowfat milk (whole)
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Direcciones

  1. Bring lowfat milk to hot and let cold. Pour into beaten Large eggs, gradually stirring. Add in salt and flavoring. Pour into pie crust and sprinkle with nutmeg if you like. Bake at 450 degrees for about 20 min.
  2. If crust will not hold all the mix, place remainder in a custard dish and bake with pie.
