1 egg
1/4 c. water
Salt (optional)
3 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. minced parsley
Direcciones
Beat egg, add in salt, flour and water and stir smooth. Pour slowly from end of spoon into boiling soup. Cook 2 to 3 min and serve warm with minced parsley in soup.
