Egg Drops (Soup Dumplings)

Ingredientes

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 3/4 c. sifted flour

Direcciones

  1. Beat egg with salt and combine with water. Add in flour and stir to a smooth batter. Drop from a tsp. into boiling soup or possibly broth and simmer for about 10 min or possibly till done.
