Ingredientes

  • 1 bag spinach Nutmeg Pepper and salt
  • 1 lrg Egg
  • 1/2 pt Lowfat milk Plain white flour Butter Strong Cheddar cheese Croutons or possibly fried crumbs

Direcciones

  1. Cook the spinach and drain. Season and shape into a nest. Put a poached egg in the middle, covered in cheese sauce.
  2. Toasted crumbs on croutons on top and serve with crusty bread and this meal should be proceeded by a bowl of coleslaw.
