Ingredientes

  • 8 slices buttered bread, crust removed
  • 1 pound crisp bacon, crumbled or possibly sausage
  • 5 Large eggs, beaten
  • 3 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 1 pound Monterey Jack cheese

Direcciones

  1. Place 4 slices bread in buttered casserole. Top each slice of bread with a slice of American cheese. Sprinkle with bacon or possibly sausage. Layer again with bread. Beat egg, lowfat milk, and salt. Pour over bread and cheese. Top with grated Jack cheese. Chill overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 min.
