Egg fried rice

Ingredients:
Onion-1 properly chopped
Green chillies-chopped
Coriander leaves-for garnishing
- Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
- Red chilli powder-1tsp
- Salt-as per taste
- Refined oil-2tbsp
- Cooked rice-1bowl
- Mustard seeds-1/2tsp
Instructions
1)Pour oil in a skillet let it warm,add mustard
seeds+onion+green chili and all spices,let it fry for sometime
2)Add properly beaten egg into it,fry all of them
properly until brown
3)Add cooked rice and cook for sometime
4)Serve hot in a plate and garnish with coriander
leaves
