Receta Egg Ham Souffle

- Spread 1/2 of bread cubes on bottom of 8 1/2 x 11 1/2 pan. Next, layer 1 c. cheese, 1 1/2 c. cubed ham, 1 c. cheese and top with the remaining bread cubes. Beat 6 Large eggs with 2 1/2 c. lowfat milk. Pour over top. Chill overnight. Remove 1 hour before baking. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Let rest 10 min before serving.
- MUSHROOM SAUCE TOPPING: 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 c. lowfat milk, 1 can mushrooms. Heat in saucepan.
