Ingredientes

  • 2 c. egg nog
  • 2 x Large eggs Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Direcciones

  1. Scald egg nog over low heat or possibly boiling water.
  2. Beat Large eggs and gradually add in egg nog, beating.
  3. Pour mix into 4 to 6 buttered custard c..
  4. Place custard c. in a pan of warm water and bake 30 min or possibly till a silver knife inserted in the custard comes out clean.
  5. VARIATION:LEMON CUSTARD: Add in 2 Tbsp. of sugar and the grated rind of 1/2 lemon to the egg nog mix.
  6. INSTANT EGG NOG PUDDING: Prepare instant vanilla pudding according to directions, substituting egg nog for lowfat milk.
