Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt Egg noodles, 8 ounce.
  • 1 lrg Onion, minced fine
  • 1 can Corned beef
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Lowfat milk
  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese

Direcciones

  1. Cook the noodles; drain. Put in a greased 9x13 inch pan. Break up corned beef in fine pcs. Sprinkle onion on. Cut up the cheese into chunks.
  2. Spread all around. Spoon soup out in several piles. Pour can full of lowfat milk over everything. Mix together and bake at 275 degrees for 45 to 60 min or possibly till cheese is melted.
