Ingredientes

  • 16 ounce egg noodles -- medium, uncooked
  • 6 c. cabbage -- finely shredded
  • 1 c. celery -- finely sliced
  • 1 c. cucumber -- finely sliced
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. plain yogurt
  • 1/4 c. salad oil
  • 2 Tbsp. white vinegar
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp grnd black pepper Paprika

Direcciones

  1. Prepare noodles according to package directions; rinse and drain in cool water. In a large bowl, combine noodles, cabbage, celery, cucumber, and cheese.
  2. Blend yogurt, oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, mustard, and pepper. Gently toss into noodle mix. Cover and chill. Sprinkle generously with paprika.
  3. Yield: 10servings.
