Receta Egg Noodles
Ingredients:
Plain Noodles - 1 packet, boiled as per packet instructions
- Eggs - 4
- Cabbage - 1 cup, finely chopped
- Carrot - 1/2 cup, grated
- Beans - 1/2 cup, finely chopped
- Onions - 1 cup, finely sliced
- Green Chillies - 2, sliced lengthwise
- Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Ajinomoto - as required
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
- Coriander Leaves - handful, chopped
- Salt as per taste
- Oil - 2 tsp
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.
2. Add the ginger garlic paste and fry for 20 to 30 seconds.
3. Saute the onions, beans and green chillies for a minute or two.
4. Add the cabbage, salt, pepper powder and ajinomoto.
5. Stir-fry for a minute.
6. Add the boiled noodles and break the eggs into the pan.
7. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
9. Serve hot.
