Egg Noodles With Garlic And Herbs

Ingredientes

  • 1 x wide egg noodles (8 ounces)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lrg garlic clove chopped Salt to taste
  • 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley (or possibly 2 tbspns chopped chives or possibly basil)

Direcciones

  1. Bring a stockpot of water to a boil. Drop in the noodles and cook, stirring frequently, till al dente, about 5 to 7 min.
  2. Heat the butter with the oil in a small skillet or possibly saucepan. Add in the garlic and cook about 1 minute, or possibly till warm throughout but not at all colored. Immediately remove the pan from the heat.
  3. Drain the noodles in a colander and return to the pot. Pour on the garlic butter and toss well. Add in the salt and parsley, and toss again. Serve immediately.
  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
