Egg Noodles With Ginger

Ingredientes

  • 2 tsp Peanut oil
  • 4 x Cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh ginger, chopped
  • 3 x Scallions, trimmed and thinly sliced crosswise
  • 1/4 tsp Shili pepper flakes, crushed
  • 1 lb Chinese egg noodles
  • 3 Tbsp. Cilantro or possibly parsley, chopped

Direcciones

  1. Heat peanut oil in a wok or possibly heavy nonstick skillet over high heat. Add in garlic, ginger, scallions and chili pepper. Stir-fry 30 seconds or possibly till fragrant. Remove from heat. Cook egg noodles in boiling water till al dente. Drain noodles and place in a serving bowl. Add in ginger mix and cilantro and toss.
